RGA data is updated circa six monthly by telephone/digital communication with each company. Our team in Oxfordshire check:
contact name, job title, company details, postal address, telephone, email address and preferred marketing preference.
FIELDS
Data Fields include: name of event buyer contact, job title, address, telephone & email address (when released by
company and in compliance with Data Protection & GDPR Regulations).
USAGE
RGA data usage is licenced for 12 month use by the client. The data may be used for sales, marketing and promotional purposes using direct mail,
email marketing and telemarketing to potential buyers of meeting, conference & event services only. After 12 months use, RGA offer an
option to refresh data and continue use for an additional 12 months at a 25% discount off listed price. Alternatively, the company must stop
using the data and remove from the system. RGA data is copyright and cannot be used or re-published without our permission. RGA data is
"seeded" to monitor use.
After 12 months use, and to comply with GDPR regulations you are advised to update the data. RGA offer a special "refresh" service which includes a loyalty discount.
We will providing you with our latest copy of updated data and include all the new records created during the period. To reward your loyalty, we offer the following discounts (prices shown ex-VAT):
1-9 months after initial purchase - 40% off list price
10-15 months after initial purchase - 25% off list price

range at the advertised price and the organisation may then purchase additional licences for associated properties sites/brands at 50% discount.
While, there is no limit to the number of additional sites/brands data licences an organisation may have, the data may only be used by the brand/property/site nominated in the purchase order,
and in compliance with our terms & conditions. Upon completion of 12 months use, our data refresh option and loyalty discount is available.
The discount only applies to Event Buyers Universe. Each site/brand copy must also be re-purchased on completion of 12 months use.
